    1950 Spring Mill Road
    , Riverbend Environmental Education Center,
    Gladwyne, LD# W-12-002, Ward 2.
    A proposal to construct a 4,500 square foot greenhouse and a 100 square foot composting restroom.

  3. PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN
    50 E Wynnewood Road
    , Wynnewood Shopping Center,
    Wynnewood, LD# 3678, Ward 7.
    A proposal to demolish the existing 4,052 square foot U.S. Postal Service building adjacent to Giant and construct a new 6,576 square foot restaurant with outdoor dining.

  4. TENTATIVE SKETCH PLAN
    230 Righters Mill Road
    , Gladwyne Elementary School,
    Gladwyne, LD# 3691, Ward 1.
    A proposal to construct a one-story, 4,543 square foot classroom addition to the northern portion of the Gladwyne Elementary School.

    A proposal to install a temporary modular classroom building with a 4,560 square foot footprint on the Gladwyne Elementary School athletic field.

  6. PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN
    222, 246 & 250 Rock Hill Road & 726 Belmont Avenue
    ,
    CVS, Bala Cynwyd, LD# 3680, Ward 3.
    A proposal to demolish four existing commercial buildings and the construction of a 13,112 square foot CVS Pharmacy building with 66 parking spaces. The applicant proposes to demolish the vacant building located at 726 Belmont Avenue, which is owned by the Township, and construct 18 trailhead parking spaces associated with the Cynwyd Heritage Trail. Improvements at the intersection of Rock Hill Road and Belmont Avenue are also proposed.

  7. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT – ROHO Ordinance Amendment
    Consider an ordinance to amend portions of the Township Code related to the sign requirements of the Rock Hill Road Overlay Zoning District.

  8. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT – Floodplain Ordinance Amendment
    Consider an ordinance to amend portions of the Township Code related to floodplain management and permitting.

  9. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT – ASDD Zoning Ordinance Amendment
    Consider an ordinance to amend portions of the ASDD zoning district.

  10. TENTATIVE SKETCH PLAN (Time permitting)
    600 Righters Ferry Road, Bala Cynwyd, LD# 3683, Ward 9.
    A proposal to demolish the existing industrial building and construct two apartment buildings with 593 one and two bedroom units, a four level parking garage over one level of surface parking and a multi-use recreational trail. Each apartment building will include 5 stories and loft space over surface parking.
