2. “STOP SIGN” REGULATION (Ward 7)

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners that the Township Secretary be authorized to advertise a “Notice of Intention” to adopt an ordinance amending the Township Code by establishing a “Stop” regulation on Ashton Road at Clothier Road. The “Stop” regulation will be for the minor street approach of this T-intersection and the regulation is needed to more clearly establish the right-of-way for the intersecting “through” street.

The Director of Parking Services will provide an update on the impact of initiating a “Free Saturday Parking” Program and options associated with such a program.

4. PARKING REGULATION

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners that the Township Secretary be authorized to advertise a “Notice of Intention” to adopt an ordinance amending the Township Code by establishing a “No Parking” regulation on Bowman Avenue, Wynnewood. The restriction would be adjacent to the properties of 801 and 807 Bowman Avenue on the east side of the property.
