1. Review the Preliminary Recommendations relating to Goal 4 – Neighborhood Preservation

• Exhibit A: Neighborhood Preservation Preliminary Recommendations

2. Establish Criteria to Evaluate Neighborhoods
   One of the primary recommendations relating to Goal 4 is the development of Traditional Neighborhood Development zoning districts to ensure that new development is consistent with the existing community fabric. The committee will establish criteria to determine which neighborhoods should be considered for TND zoning.

3. Evaluate Neighborhoods in Transitional Areas
   The committee will review neighborhoods in transitional areas, such as the R6A – Residential zoning district, and compare the underlying zoning to the built environment and the criteria established to identify potential locations for TND zoning.
