1. APPOINTMENT TO THE CABLE TV ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners the appointment of Linda S. Sherman to the Cable Television Advisory Committee (CTAC) for a three-year term to expire in July 2012. This appointment is being recommended by the Ad Hoc Nominations Committee to fill the unexpired term created by the resignation of CTAC member Susan Sullivan.
